American Idol Season 7 Finale kicks off as 56 Million people voted while the top 3 contestants competed. David Archuleta, David Cook and Syesha Mercado competed. It was very predictable from a business marketing standpoint that Syesha Mercado would lose the vote but we still watched an hour of Ryan Seacrest hype of how close the votes were.Why did we continue to watch when we knew the end result?
