Finding great sites on the Web is easy. But it takes hard work and dedication to find the truly annoying and dazzlingly useless ones. Of course we didn’t shrink from the task.

While locating the most useful sites on the Web, we felt it only fair to call out the some of the most useless, too. We found no shortage of sites that are poorly designed or boring, but we list here some of the sites that go that extra mile — the dazzlingly ugly, the patently offensive and the mind-bogglingly pointless.

Getting “Motivated” To Do Something Is Not The Answer, It’s The Result that is measured by quantifiable data. So motivation doesn’t necessarily lead to success. What I found was, that success produced certain desirable results, and I enjoyed the benefits of those results.

I reasoned that if I wanted more of the benefits of the results of success in any endeavor I undertook, I simply had to do the things that would make me successful in those endeavors. That’s called motivation.

Motivation, then, is a byproduct or a result of reaching a certain success, and then wanting more. Success is not necessarily an end result, or end product. Rather, it’s more the effect of doing something that results in accomplishment. It’s, as Earl Nightingale once said, “The progressive realization of a worthy ideal.”

Everyone Is Motivated Towards Their Own Goals And For Their Own Reasons. What I found was, that most people have the concept of success and motivation mixed up.

Motivational speakers run around the country putting on seminars and selling their books and tapes telling people that if they get motivated, they can become successful. Well, to a certain extent, what they say is true. You do need to be motivated in order to be successful.

The fact is, however, that everybody is motivated to one extent or another. You’re either motivated to do something, or you’re motivated to do nothing. To do a little, or to do a lot. To study enough to pass a test, or not. To work hard and long enough, or smart enough to make a project, job or relationship succeed, or not. Or to select a career or vocation that will enable you to live comfortably and enjoy life, or choose one that will just allow you to get by.

It’s up to each of us to make our own choices. But regardless of which choices we make, we are motivated enough to make the specific choices we make at the time we make them, and we must live with the consequences or results that follow those decisions.

The answer is absolutely yes. In fact you can make money with an Ebay business even if you are unable to work outside the home.

My Client and Friend, Patricia McCullough is a power seller on Ebay. I invite you to read her success story.

Patricia is someone I admire very much. Through her determination, dedication and perservance she is making money with her Ebay business.

Why is Patricia such a success story because she keeps taking action and implementing new strategies despite her physical disability?

Now ask yourself what is stopping you from taking action to living the life you only dream is possible. What is making you a slave to your job or business? The answer is simple if you keep doing things the same way the result will be the same.
